Project intended to widen the road and bridge from two to four lanes along Manhattan/Monee Rd. over Interstate 57. This required extensive work involving embankment placement, storm sewers, roadway lighting, and traffic signal reconstruction, all while maintaining normal vehicular traffic along this important corridor.
