Rick Rivera served as the Resident Engineer responsible for construction management and quality control during construction of a $1.5 million train station. The project included a 1,800 Sq. Ft. station depot and accompanying parking lots. Responsibilities included construction inspection, reviewing submittals, responding to contractor RFIs, approving contractor pay requests, completing estimates and documentation of contract modifications.
